What we collect: the webhook URL you submit and how it responded to our test requests; your IP address as a short-lived rate-limit counter (expires within 24 hours); if you buy, the email address and payment status Stripe returns to us (we never see card numbers); and any email you send to our support addresses.
Why: to run the check, show your report, unlock and deliver the Fix Pack, process refunds, answer support, and prevent abuse.
Email: no marketing email, no newsletters, no follow-up sequences. Stripe sends payment and refund receipts. We reply to messages you send us. If you explicitly ask for your result by email, we send that one email.
Processors: Cloudflare (hosting, storage, email routing) and Stripe (payments and receipts).
Retention: reports are kept 12 months, support messages 24 months, then deleted. Ask for deletion earlier at support@webhookproof.com.
